Tuition fees (Al Wakra Primary & Secondary Campus)

- The school invoices tuition for the full academic session in advance. Tuition amounts by year group for the Al Wakra Primary & Secondary Campus are not published in the school's publicly available approved-fee tables that are provided for other campuses. The school requires full-session payment as invoiced and may offer instalment options (see Billing schedule below).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Academic session and terms:
- An academic session runs September to June and is divided into two terms: Term 1 (September–December) and Term 2 (January–June).
- Invoicing and instalments:
- All fees (tuition, transport, supplementary fees) are invoiced in advance at the start of the academic session.
- Tuition and transport fees may be divided into three instalments; instalment dates are specified on the invoice provided at the start of the session or at admission.
- If a student is admitted during the first half of a term, tuition and transport fees for the full term are payable.
- Collections and documents:
- Books are issued only after payment for the first instalment is cleared. Report cards are issued only after outstanding term amounts are settled. A school leaving certificate is issued only once all dues are paid in full.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not listed as an offered provision for The Next Generation – Al Wakra Primary & Secondary Campus; no boarding fees are published.

Other costs / supplementary fees

- Security fee: a one-time security deposit payable at registration; refundable when all dues are cleared at the time of leaving the school.
- Books fee: charged once per academic session.
- Stationery fee: charged once per academic session.
- Transport (bus) fee: charged per academic session and varies by area of residence (inside-city / outside-city rates are used where transport is provided).
- Cambridge / external examination fees: IGCSE O-Level, AS Level, A Level (Years 10–13) and Cambridge Primary Checkpoint (Year 6) are charged in addition to tuition at the tariff received from the British Council / examination board; these exam fees are payable once per session and are subject to change by the examination authority.
- Seat reservation fee for the next academic session: non-refundable (already noted above).

Refund information

- General rule: all fees (tuition, transport, supplementary fees) are non-refundable and non-transferable in any situation, except for the security fee which is refundable provided all dues are cleared at withdrawal. The registration fee and seat reservation fee are non-refundable. If a student withdraws after more than 30 calendar days of a term, the tuition and transport fees for the whole term remain payable; pro rata calculations may apply for the period enrolled as described by the school's policy.

Fee payment options

- Preferred method: bank transfer. Accepted methods also include cash, cheque, debit card and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). Payment deadlines and instalment dates are set out on the invoice issued at the start of the session or on admission.

Notes on published amounts and availability

- The school publishes detailed approved-fee tables for some campuses and for Early Years/KG in its fee-structure area; however, the publicly available approved-fee pages and tables that are accessible do not include the full tuition figures broken down by year group and by term for the Al Wakra Primary & Secondary Campus. Where campus- or year-specific amounts are published for other campuses, they appear in the school's approved-fee tables for those campuses. Because the Al Wakra Primary & Secondary campus tuition amounts by year group and per-term figures were not present in the publicly accessible approved-fee tables located on the school's admission/fee pages, the summary above gives the school's definitive fee policy, the list of payable fee types, billing rules, refund rules, and accepted payment methods as published.
