Academic and Intellectual

The school offers AP courses and AP exams in high school. AP scores are internationally recognized by universities worldwide and can earn college credit. The AP program is coordinated by AP Coordinator Kathryn Ana (kathryn.ana@bcaromania.org).

Cultural and Language

All classes are taught in English, with Romanian language classes available. An English Language Learners (ELL) program is offered for non-fluent English students.

Social and Hobbies

Elementary activities include classroom learning, the playground, social events, and chapel. Staff guide students to grow socially, and to develop emotionally and spiritually.

Bucharest Christian Academy, an American, English-taught international Christian school serving PreK4 through 12th grade in Bucharest's Sector 3. The curriculum follows an American model aligned with AERO standards and the Common Core framework, with Advanced Placement courses available for high school students. The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the Association of Christian Schools International.
