Meet Your Future connects high school students with professionals from various domains to provide career insights. This monthly conference series exposes students to different fields, discusses advantages and disadvantages, salary expectations, and required academic qualifications. The program has hosted professionals including a theater manager and film producer, representatives from Grenoble Institute of Technology, Horeca industry delegates, delegates from the Swiss School of Hotel Management in Lausanne, Doina Antohi, a director, a board-certified plastic surgeon, and a psychologist. IOANID MUN Club, founded in 2022, is a platform for Model United Nations simulations with 13 members and a dedicated teacher, developing negotiation, communication, diplomacy and teamwork.
Students connect with peers through the MUN Club and charity fairs, building teamwork and social skills. MUN Club's simulations foster public speaking, debate and collaboration, while charity fairs encourage creativity and event planning as a team. These activities provide opportunities for peer bonding and collective problem solving.
Charity Fairs are student-driven events organized by IOANID International High School. Proceeds support Asociatia Pisici pe Creier for charitable initiatives such as providing Christmas and Easter food baskets to partner associations. Events include Crazy Autumn Fair, March Fest and Summer Fair, featuring games and activities that engage the whole school community.
Meet Your Future exposes students to potential careers and the qualifications required, helping them plan for higher education and professional life. MUN Club fosters leadership and public speaking and empowers members to be influential leaders in shaping global discussions. Together these programs cultivate professional skills such as negotiation, diplomacy, and teamwork.
Ioanid International High School is a Cambridge International High School in central Bucharest, founded in September 2020. It offers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels and Cambridge A Levels to students aged 14 to 18. The curriculum includes routes for learners whose first language is not English, with electives in French or Spanish and Economics or Business Studies for tailored A Level study. The school emphasizes English communication and independent thinking in line with Cambridge standards. Cambridge examinations are held twice yearly (June and November), with results issued in August and January.
