Three educational programmes are offered: the Romanian curriculum with intensive English classes for students aged 3 to 18; the Cambridge curriculum for primary and secondary; and the newly accredited International Maarif Programme curriculum for preschool. The International Section uses English as the language of instruction. Intensive English classes accompany the Romanian national curriculum to support English proficiency. Cambridge provides international learning opportunities in English for primary and secondary levels. The International Maarif Programme curriculum for preschool is part of the campus offerings.

MISB is a private, co‑educational school on a three‑hectare campus in Voluntari, northeast of Bucharest, serving ages 3 to 18. It runs three curriculum streams: the Romanian National Curriculum in the National Sections; the Cambridge Curriculum in the International Sections (IGCSE in Grades 9–10 and A Levels in Grades 11–12); and the International Maarif Programme for preschool, authorized by the Romanian Ministry of Education and ARACIP. Cambridge and International Maarif diplomas are equivalated by CNRED on graduation. The International Section uses English as the language of instruction, with language rooms for Arabic, Turkish and French; Romanian and other subjects are taught in the National Sections. Facilities include modern classrooms, science and ICT laboratories, a library, and dedicated language spaces, plus a gym, an all‑weather football pitch and three basketball courts. After‑school activities cover arts, music, drama, languages, sport, debate and community service, with a focus on global citizenship and well‑being.
