Billing schedule & payment terms
- Tuition is billed and payable by academic period (term). Full payment for each academic period (100% of the fee for that period) is required before the first day of that period.
- For international-programme fees expressed in EUR, the amount payable under the Contract is determined in Russian roubles using the Central Bank of Russia exchange rate on the day of payment; if that day's EUR→RUB rate is less than 96 ₽, the payment is calculated at a minimum rate of 96 ₽ per EUR.
- The school can require an advance payment and may apply a 5% penalty on late payments; the school may suspend access to classes or terminate the contract for overdue payment.
Boarding
- Boarding is not offered; the school operates as a day school (school facilities, extended day group and school buses are provided).
Other charges and extra fees
- Extended day group (childcare until 19:00, homework supervision, meals) is available and charged extra.
- Paid after‑school clubs (creative, educational, sports) are charged separately.
- School bus services are provided on multiple routes and are charged separately.
- School uniform is available for purchase and is charged separately.
Refunds and withdrawal rules
- The academic assessment / testing fee is non‑refundable.
- Payment for each academic period is 100% prepayment due before the period begins; if a pupil leaves during a period at the parent's initiative, the school may retain the fees for that period and is entitled not to return amounts already received for that period. Written notice of withdrawal must be provided at least 50 calendar days before the end of the current academic period.
- Absence from classes for illness or other personal reasons is not a basis for fee reduction or refund. The school does not revise fees or refund payments where classes are suspended for public health reasons; no refund is provided in such circumstances.
Fee payment methods & practical notes
- Payments are accepted in Russian roubles to the school's cash desk or by bank transfer to the school's account; bank transfer charges are borne by the payer. For international-programme amounts shown in EUR the equivalent rouble sum is determined on the day of payment per the bank‑rate rule above.

Discounts
- A family (sibling) discount of up to 15% is available for families with more than one child enrolled. A reduced assessment fee (EUR 1,000 instead of EUR 4,000) applies where a pupil has a sibling already enrolled.
