Per‑term equivalents and invoicing structure

One‑off and recurring additional fees

- Enrollment and admission: Application fee EUR 900 (non‑refundable; EUR 400 for re‑admission). Entrance/assessment test (if required): EUR 100 (each additional test EUR 50). Trial days (Kindergarten/Primary/Secondary): EUR 60 per day.

- Extracurricular activities (AGs): EUR 200 per semester (ice hockey exceptions noted separately).

- Deposits (refundable): First child EUR 1,500; second child EUR 1,000; each additional child EUR 500. The deposit secures claims of the school and must be paid within ten working days after the school contract takes effect. Billing schedule and payment terms

- Annual billing and due date: Contributions for the school year are payable for the full school year and must be received by the school no later than 1 September of the respective school year.

- Late start or mid‑year admission: If schooling begins on or before 31 October, full contributions apply and payment is due by the last working day before the child's start date. If schooling begins after 31 October, contributions are reduced proportionally: the reduction equals the number of months of attendance (counting each started month as a full month) multiplied by one‑tenth of the annual contribution; payment of the reduced contribution is due by the last working day before the child's start date.

- Accepted payment methods and currencies: Payments are accepted by bank transfer only. Payments may be made in EUR or in RUB; RUB payments are converted at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation daily rate. Payers bear any bank charges. The school provides bank account details for transfers in EUR and in RUB (accounts with Commerzbank and AO UniCredit Bank are listed).

- Consequences of late payment: Late payments incur interest of 0.03% per day. Reminder fees are EUR 10 for the first reminder, EUR 20 for the second, and EUR 30 for the third and subsequent reminders. The school may suspend education services without notice if outstanding amounts exceed EUR 1,000 and 30 days; the school may terminate the contract without notice if outstanding amounts exceed EUR 1,000 and 60 days. Refunds and reductions on contract termination

- Refund / reduction schedule on parent termination (effective amounts after notice): When a parent terminates the school contract, the payable contribution is reduced according to the date the termination takes effect as follows:

- Effective 31 October — contribution reduced to three‑tenths (3/10).
- Effective 30 November — contribution reduced to four‑tenths (4/10).

- Effective 28 or 29 February — contribution reduced to seven‑tenths (7/10).

- Deposit refund: The refundable deposit is returned in accordance with contractual provisions after settlement of any claims; the contract permits interest adjustments as described.
