Application / entry fees (Droits d'entrée)
- Nursery (maternelle): EUR 300 per child. Payment options are given in EUR, USD and RWF equivalents on the school accounts and by MoMo.
- Primary and Secondary: EUR 500 per child.
- Family cap: maximum EUR 500 per family.
- How these are handled: the entry fee must be paid when submitting the application dossier; refund rules are set (see Refunds below). Payment references must include “INSCRIPTION + child name.”
Tuition (minerval) — per term, by cycle, and annual totals (3 terms = 1 year)
- The school publishes three tariff categories: Base, Partially reimbursed (when an employer reimburses part of fees), and Fully reimbursed (when an employer reimburses all fees). Each value below is the per-term amount; the annual total equals three times the per-term amount.

- Maternelle: EUR 1,278 per term — EUR 3,834 per year.
- Primaire: EUR 1,377 per term — EUR 4,131 per year.
- S1–S2: EUR 1,879 per term — EUR 5,637 per year.
- S3–S4: EUR 2,034 per term — EUR 6,102 per year.
- S5–S6: EUR 2,203 per term — EUR 6,609 per year.

- Maternelle: EUR 1,751 — EUR 5,253 per year.

Infrastructure contribution and other recurring surcharges
- Infrastructure contribution: EUR 500 per child per year (one-off annual amount). This EUR 500 is invoiced in three instalments: EUR 170 at Term 1, EUR 170 at Term 2 and EUR 160 at Term 3.
- All bank-transfer charges (transfer fees) are payable by the payer.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Terms and deadlines:
- First-term invoice (T1) payment due by 25 August (proof of payment required).
- Second-term invoice (T2) payment due by 5 January.
- Third-term invoice (T3) payment due by 20 April.
- Access condition: tuition must be paid before the start of the term; failure to pay on time may result in the child being denied access to school.
- Discounts and penalties:
- A 2% discount is applied when the full annual tuition is paid before 25 August.
- Late payments may incur a surcharge of 5% per month on the outstanding invoice.
- Term-proration and departures:
- Any term started is due in full. If a pupil leaves before the midpoint of a term, one-half of that term's tuition is due; if departure is after the midpoint, the full term is due. Written notice to the school's administration is required for any departure.
Application of employer reimbursement rates
- Three tariff levels apply depending on employer reimbursement arrangements: Base, Partially reimbursed (employer pays part), and Fully reimbursed (employer pays all). The relevant per-term rate above must be selected according to whether and how the employer reimburses tuition.
Refund information
- Entry-fee refund rules (for the entry fees listed above):
- If parents withdraw their application in writing by 1 June, 50% of the entry fee is refunded. If withdrawal is after 1 June, no refund of entry fees.
- If the school cannot offer a place (applicant placed on waiting list and no place becomes available), 100% of the entry fee is refunded.
- If a child obtains a place but fails the entrance test, no refund is due.

Boarding fees
- No boarding fees are listed in the school's published tariff and registration material; the school's published fees apply to day pupils. No boarding option or boarding fee schedule is published.
Other costs (uniforms, books, meals, transport, activities)
- The published tuition and infrastructure contribution do not itemize the costs of uniforms, schoolbooks, meals, transport or specific extracurricular activity fees. Parents should budget for additional charges for school materials, trips or services where applicable; the school's financial notices indicate that certain additional services or project costs may be invoiced separately. Bank-transfer charges remain the responsibility of the payer.
Accepted payment methods and practical payment details
- Bank transfer (multiple school accounts available): EUR account (Equity), USD account (Equity), and RWF account (Equity) with the school's account numbers published for each currency. SWIFT code for Equity is provided in the school's payment instructions. Use the payment communication text: “INSCRIPTION + child name” for entry fee payments.
- Mobile money (MoMo): MoMo payment code is published for entry-fee payments (MoMo Pay code and RWF equivalents are provided).
- Evidence of payment: proof of payment is required by the stated deadlines (for example, T1 proof by 25 August). All transfer-related charges are the payer's responsibility.
