- Seniors 4–6 (Sciences): Tuition FRW 600,000 per term (FRW 1,800,000 per year). Total for boarding: FRW 1,550,000 per term (FRW 4,650,000 per year).

- Cambridge International Programme (tuition only, per term):
- Years 8–9: Tuition FRW 700,000 per term (FRW 2,100,000 per year). Total for boarding: FRW 1,650,000 per term (FRW 4,950,000 per year).
- Years 10–11: Tuition FRW 800,000 per term (FRW 2,400,000 per year). Total for boarding: FRW 1,750,000 per term (FRW 5,250,000 per year).
- Years 12–13: Tuition FRW 1,000,000 per term (FRW 3,000,000 per year). Total for boarding: FRW 1,950,000 per term (FRW 5,850,000 per year).

- BTEC programme (per term):
- BTEC 1: Tuition FRW 800,000 per term. Total per term including boarding (where applicable) FRW 1,750,000; annual totals follow the 3‑term model.
- BTEC 2: Tuition FRW 900,000 per term.
- BTEC 3: Tuition FRW 1,000,000 per term.
- BTEC additional fees: BTEC registration fee FRW 500,000 (one‑off) and BTEC/ICDL fee FRW 75,000 per term.

- Language class (per term): Tuition FRW 500,000 per term (total with boarding where applicable shown in the schedule).

Other recurring and one‑off fees
- Trip fee: FRW 70,000, charged in Term 1 (applies to all students).
- Graduation fee: FRW 150,000, charged in Term 3 for graduating cohorts (S3, S6, Y11, Y13, BTEC 3).
- Examination fees: Cambridge examination charges are billed for examination years; example exam fee figures issued for the 2025/26 year include Year 9: FRW 410,000; Year 11: FRW 914,000; Year 13: FRW 710,000 (exam fee amounts are charged in the term identified by the school).
- Visa / immigration fees: Any student visa or immigration charges required by immigration authorities are charged separately when applicable.

Sibling discount
- Family tuition discounts apply to blood siblings who are currently enrolled: second child – 5% discount on tuition only; third child – 10% on tuition only; fourth child and beyond – 15% on tuition only. First child pays full tuition.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The academic year is organised in three terms. Invoices are issued per term and the full invoice amount is required to be settled before students report back for the next term. Parents receive invoices to their registered email addresses.
- Fees are payable in advance of the term; routine charges (trip, exam, graduation) are levied in the term specified and must be settled according to the invoice. The school's published guidance states that fees are non‑refundable.

Refunds and cancellations
