Fees
Application / Registration Fees
- New-student registration (one‑time, payable at application/acceptance): RWF 50,000–200,000 depending on entry level. Typical bands are: RWF 50,000 for early-years / lower primary entrants, RWF 100,000 for middle-primary/entry to lower secondary, and RWF 200,000 for upper‑secondary (candidate) entrants.

Tuition fees by year group (2025/26 academic year – amounts in Rwandan francs, RWF)
- Kindergarten and early Primary (KG1–KG3): Annual tuition approximately RWF 1,466,000. Tuition is split into multiple installments across the school year (installment amounts shown on the school fee schedule). Registration and first-instalment amounts are listed on the official fee schedule.

- Primary (Grades 1–5): Annual tuition falls in the low‑to‑mid range above KG but below lower‑secondary figures; the exact annual and instalment amounts for each primary grade are listed individually on the school's 2025/26 fee schedule.

- Lower Secondary (Grades 6–9): Annual tuition ranges approximately from RWF 1,720,000 up to about RWF 2,423,000 depending on grade and stream. Each grade has an annual total and a set of scheduled instalments shown on the published fee schedule.

- Upper Secondary / Candidate Classes (Grades 10–12): Annual tuition ranges approximately from RWF 2,334,150 to RWF 3,685,000 (higher amounts apply to candidate years and science streams). Candidate-year invoices have a slightly different instalment schedule and higher total due to exam and candidate-related costs. Exact per-grade annual totals and instalment breakdowns are provided in the school's published fee document.

Per-term / instalment structure
- Tuition is billed in multiple instalments across the academic year. Typical instalment due periods include dates across the year (early/first instalment in the June–September window, subsequent instalments in the November and January windows, and a final instalment due in April). Candidate classes have an earlier final instalment deadline (mid‑April) compared with non‑candidate classes (end of April). The fee schedule shows the precise instalment amounts and due dates for each grade.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- A confirmation/first payment window is set in late June–July (confirmation payments payable June 25–July 30 in the published schedule). A 5% discount on annual tuition is available for early annual payments made by the stated early‑payment deadline (example: July 30, 2025 for returning students). Late payments incur a 5% penalty after the due date. Students with unpaid fees 12 school days after a due date may be prevented from attending classes until balances are cleared. The school requires that instalments be paid on or before each instalment due date.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed as part of the published fee schedule for Wellspring Academy (the school's fees document and public information show day-school tuition items, textbooks, exams, lunches, uniforms and supplies). No boarding fee line items appear in the published fee schedule.

Other costs and additional fees
- Uniforms, certain workbooks, study materials and specific extra‑curricular or activity fees are charged in addition to standard tuition where applicable; these are itemised separately and communicated to parents. Cambridge examination fees and Cambridge textbooks are included within the standard tuition package for many grades, but some candidate/exam administration charges may appear separately on candidate-year invoices. Extra activity fees and occasional consumables are charged separately and parents are informed in writing when those apply.

Refund information
- Fees and confirmation/registration payments are treated as non‑refundable in the school's published finance terms. Specific policy lines state that applicable fees are non‑refundable and that final documents (leaving certificates, reports, letters of recommendation) are released only after all outstanding fees are cleared.

Payment methods and options
- All school fee payments are processed through the SchoolGEAR payments system and may be paid by mobile money (MoMo) or by bank transfer to the school's Rwandan bank accounts (I&M Bank and/or Bank of Kigali accounts are used for school receipts). The SchoolGEAR portal is used for payment reconciliation and parents receive a unique student number to use for payments. Parents are required to use the school‑specified payment references so that payments are applied to the correct student account.

Summary notes for parents (practical points)
- Annual tuition totals and exact instalment amounts differ by grade and by candidate vs non‑candidate status; consult the published 2025/26 fee schedule for the detailed per‑grade instalment values listed in RWF. The schedule shows registration (new) fees by entry grade band, the annual total for each class, and the precise instalment amounts and due dates; payment deadlines, early‑payment discount and late‑payment penalty are stated in the school's published fee document.
