Per‑term / per‑installment detail (what is published)

- The school publishes a three‑date installment schedule (1 September / 1 December / 1 March) for tuition and for canteen payments. Specific per‑installment tuition amounts for each class are shown in the school's published payment‑plan grid; the grid pairs the enrollment/pre‑enrollment advance with the three‑date schedule and shows totals for new and returning students. Refund and withdrawal terms

- The administrative/application fee (XOF 20,000) is explicitly non‑refundable.
- Published admission and registration forms and historic registration documents state that fees already paid are generally not refundable and that school enrollment is annual; school fees are due for the full academic year even in the event of a pupil's departure during the school year. These published enrollment documents are part of the school's admission paperwork and registration conditions.

Fee payment options

- The school's published admissions and fee pages set out amounts, due dates and the installment calendar, but do not publish detailed payment method options (for example: bank transfer details, credit‑card acceptance, or online payment processors are not listed on the public fee pages). The admission procedure references paying the administrative fee as a required step but does not, in the publicly accessible pages referenced, specify which payment channels are accepted.

Notes on presentation of totals and who pays what

- Published totals shown for each year group distinguish between "tuition" (the annual tuition amount) and the full year charge for a new student (tuition + enrollment fee) or a returning student (tuition + re‑enrollment fee); both totals are published for each category.

(If you require these figures displayed in another currency or formatted differently for an external database, convert them using the current XOF rate; the figures above are published in XOF and correspond to the 2025–2026 published schedule and payment pages.)
