Application / Registration fee

- A non‑refundable registration deposit of EUR 500 is required to secure a place for a student. This amount is credited against the student's annual school fee.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)

- The school does not publish a publicly available, detailed tuition schedule for year groups and per‑term amounts for the 2026/27 academic year (or for 2025/26) in its public admissions or policy pages. Families are provided with specific fee amounts directly through the admissions process and enrollment contract rather than via a published fee table.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- No fixed, publicly posted billing schedule (term dates for invoice due dates, installment dates or late‑payment penalties) is published in the school's public admissions or policies pages. Billing and payment terms are set out in the school's enrollment/registration documentation provided to families at offer/contract stage.

Boarding fees

- There is no publicly advertised boarding provision or boarding fee schedule for Brook Hill International School in the school's public pages for Belgrade campuses. Brook Hill's published campus addresses and admissions materials indicate day‑school operations at their Belgrade locations.

Other costs and fees (uniform, trips, extracurriculars, insurance, etc.)

- The registration form and admissions material indicate that additional costs can apply (examples that schools typically charge include uniforms, day trips and extracurricular activities), but no specific, published price list for uniforms, extracurricular fees or trip costs is provided publicly. The registration deposit is explicitly deducted from the annual fee.

Refund information

- The registration deposit is described as non‑refundable. No further, publicly posted tuition‑refund policy, notice periods for withdrawal or pro‑rata refund rules are published in the publicly accessible admissions or policies pages. Refund terms are set out in the school's enrollment contract and registration documentation provided to families.

Fee payment options

- The school's public pages do not publish a definitive list of accepted payment methods (for example: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or local payment providers). Payment methods and invoicing arrangements are provided to families as part of the admissions/enrollment paperwork.

Brief summary of public information found

- The only explicit fee item published in the school's public registration materials is the EUR 500 non‑refundable registration deposit (credited against the annual fee). No published per‑year or per‑term tuition schedule, no published billing schedule, no boarding fee schedule, and no detailed published list of payment methods or refund rules were found in the school's public admissions or policy pages; those details are handled through the school's admissions/enrollment documentation.
Academics

Brook Hill International School teaches Cambridge (Primary) for students aged 1 to 18.

Curriculum

Kindergarten (ages 1 to 5), Primary School (Year 1 to Year 6) and Secondary School (Year 7 to Year 13) are offered. The Cambridge Curriculum informs the Primary program, supported by the Cambridge International Education and Examination Framework and the national curriculum in England. English is the language of instruction. Regular formative and summative assessments monitor pupil progress, and results are passed to the next teacher at the end of each academic year. The school has pupils from more than 20 nationalities and keeps class sizes small to maximise individual attention. The Kindergarten operates with a licensed international curriculum.

Student Teacher Ratio

Classes are limited in size. This allows teachers to maximise time with each pupil and support progress in social, emotional and academic development.

Wellbeing

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Small class sizes maximise the time spent on each pupil and support their social, emotional and academic development. The international, family environment promotes inclusiveness, tolerance, respect, family and moral values, with dedicated teachers.

Mental Wellbeing

Mental wellbeing is supported through a focus on social and emotional development within a caring, secure environment. The school fosters belonging in a diverse, international community.

Safeguarding

Your child's safety, nutrition and health are of the utmost importance to us.
