Enrollment for attendance at the DS Belgrad kindergarten, preschool, and school. We are pleased that you want to enroll your child at DS Belgrad. As a first step, arrange a meeting with the principal, Mrs. Drinka Blome, to become familiar with the school's guiding principles and to get to know each other. If you decide to enroll after the initial meeting with the principal, the enrollment process proceeds as follows: - Submit the enrollment form (signed by both parents) - Principal's approval (based on available places and admission criteria) - Payment of the enrollment fee - Submission of the documents required by the school: birth certificate; certificate of residence from the Serbian registry; copies of the guardians' passports. Deutsche Schule Belgrad is a private, KMK-recognized Exzellente Deutsche Auslandsschule in Belgrade's Senjak district. It offers a German-language curriculum for ages 3 to 18, with Serbian taught as both national and foreign language from grade 1. The school comprises Kindergarten/Vorschule (3–6), Grundschule (1–4) and Sekundarstufe (5–12), welcoming students from about 20 nationalities. Facilities include modern Sekundarstufe classrooms with current technology, a campus library, a school garden for hands-on learning, and a tartan-surfaced sports field that hosts football and volleyball matches against international schools. A daily warm lunch is provided by Harmonija Catering. In Informatik (Grade 5–9) students gain practical skills from word processing to coding, and Chemistry is taught in Grades 8–10 with lab work. Projekttage offers around 20 cross-curricular projects, complemented by JeKi instrumental study for younger students (3rd–4th).
