Fee Breakdown

Fees
Status as of March 22, 2026: PRIMA International School does not publish numeric application or tuition amounts publicly; the official School Fee Schedule is provided to prospective parents during the scheduled admissions interview or in an email package for families living abroad.

Application fees
- No separately published application fee amount is available publicly. The admissions process requires a parent interview, a child assessment, submission of school reports and completed enrollment/medical forms; any application or registration charges are communicated directly to applicants during the admissions process.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)
- No per-term or per-year tuition figures are publicly posted. Numeric tuition schedules for individual year groups are provided only via the school's official School Fee Schedule at interview or in the school's admissions package.
- What is stated as included within PRIMA's all-inclusive tuition (these items are listed as included in tuition):
- Daily warm school lunch.
- Morning break fresh fruit snacks.
- Day trips (museums, fairs, exhibitions, theatres etc.).
- One full-day excursion within Serbia.
- Use of all books and equipment.
- P.E. kit (shorts and T-shirts).
- Progression tests/exams.
- Secondary Cambridge examination fees (Year 11–Year 13).
- Primary after-school clubs (Year 1–Year 6).
- Child insurance during the school day.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- No publicly available billing schedule, specific payment deadlines, deposit amounts, or late-payment penalties are published online. The detailed billing schedule and payment terms are part of the School Fee Schedule that the school provides directly to applicants.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- PRIMA does not list any boarding provision or boarding fees. The school operates as a day school and offers an optional school bus service for commuting students (the bus is an additional charge on top of tuition).

Other costs or fees (uniform, transport, extras)
- School bus service: optional and charged in addition to tuition; routes and pricing are handled separately and enquiries are routed to the school bus contact.
- Uniform / P.E. kit: a basic P.E. kit (shorts and T-shirts) is listed as included in the all-inclusive tuition. No separate published fee for general uniform items was found.
- After-school clubs: primary after-school clubs (Years 1–6) are listed as included; any additional extracurricular providers or paid activities outside school-managed clubs may incur extra charges (no specific external ECA charges are published).
- Secondary external examination costs: Cambridge exam fees for Years 11–13 are listed as included in tuition.

Refund information
- No publicly posted refund policy, deposit-refund terms, or withdrawal‑refund schedule was found in public admissions material. Refund terms (if any) are included in the school's formal fee schedule and contract provided to enrolled families.

Fee payment options (credit card / bank transfer / other)
- No specific payment methods (bank transfer details, credit card acceptance, or online payment portals) are published publicly. The school lists contacts for Admissions and Head of Administration for billing and payment enquiries; parents are expected to receive payment instructions as part of the formal School Fee Schedule and enrollment contract. Contact phones and administrative contacts are available from PRIMA.

Brief note on available contact points for fee queries
- Admissions email and phone are provided for direct enquiries about fees and the official School Fee Schedule. Use the school's admissions contacts to request the detailed fee schedule and payment instructions.

Summary of searches and limitations found
- I reviewed the school's current public admissions and services information as of March 22, 2026. Numeric application fees, per-term and per-year tuition amounts broken down by year group, published billing schedules, published refund policy details, and published payment-method instructions are not available publicly; the school provides a complete School Fee Schedule directly to prospective families at interview or via an emailed admissions package. Because the school does not publish numeric fee amounts in its publicly available admissions material, exact figures per year group or per term cannot be stated here.
