The academy is structured into three main levels: Elementary School, Secondary School, and High School.
5 Steps Academy is a co-educational institution. It does not offer boarding facilities.

Students are expected to arrive between 9:30 am and 9:55 am, with classes beginning at 10:00 am. There are play times and a lunch period, before school finishes at 2:40 pm for younger students, and at 4:00 pm for Grades 11–12.
5 Steps Academy offers door-to-door transportation services across Singapore. The school collaborates with various transportation providers to ensure comprehensive coverage. Safety is a top priority, with selected providers chosen to ensure the well-being of students during transit.
5 Steps Academy does not charge application, registration, admission, material, deposit, or holiday fees, ensuring transparency and no upfront financial commitments for families.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are structured as follows, applicable across all year groups:
- Monthly Tuition: SGD 2,080 (subject to GST)
- Annual Tuition: SGD 16,640 (subject to GST), based on attending eight months per year with four months' holiday allowance included.
Tuition covers school days (Monday–Friday, 10:00 am to 2:40 pm; Grades 11–12 until 4:00 pm), all Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs), and foreign language courses.
Billing Schedule and Payment Terms
Tuition fees are billed monthly and must be paid at the beginning of each month.
Boarding Fees
5 Steps Academy operates exclusively as a day school and does not offer boarding facilities.
Additional Costs
Transportation: Door-to-door bus service at SGD 400 monthly (subject to GST)
After-School Care: Available at SGD 400 monthly (subject to GST)
Field Trips: Optional participation at approximately SGD 40 per trip
