- Years 1–4: Tuition per semester S$15,805 — Annual tuition (2 semesters) S$31,610.
- FIB / Pre‑IB (foundation / pre‑IB category): Tuition per semester S$17,985 — Annual tuition S$35,970.
- Year 5 (IB Diploma first year / Induction cohort): Tuition per semester S$20,710 — Annual tuition S$41,420.
- Year 6 (IB Diploma second year / final year): Tuition per semester S$15,260 — Annual tuition S$30,520.

Additional compulsory and recurring fees

- Miscellaneous charge (annual, non‑pro rata, GST inclusive): S$930 payable at admission / beginning of academic year.
- Parent School Partners (PSP) Fund (annual, GST exempt): S$75 payable at admission / beginning of academic year.
- IB Induction & Enrichment (one‑off for Year 5 admission): S$1,090.
- International Student Pastoral Care (annual, for students requiring Student Pass): S$654.
- International student hospital and surgical insurance (annual, for students requiring Student Pass): S$366.80.
- Additional curriculum and activity fees: Years 1–3 / FIB / Pre‑IB camps S$500–S$1,500 (compulsory); optional overseas trips S$1,500–S$5,500.
- Examination fees (approximate): IGCSE (Year 4) ~S$2,000 (payable in September); IBDP (Year 6) ~S$2,400 (payable in August).
- Parents/guardians are responsible for uniform, school bus, meals, school books, school‑based extra activities and any specialist co‑curricular costs not itemised above.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition fees are billed by semester. There are two semesters per academic year.
- Tuition and other fees are payable one month before the start of each semester (i.e., on a half‑yearly basis).
- Annual incidentals (miscellaneous charge and PSP Fund) are payable at admission or at the beginning of the academic year.
- All bank charges for overseas payments must be borne by the payer. Students cannot commence or continue schooling while fees are unpaid.
- The school reserves places only upon receipt of fees by the stipulated deadline on the official invoice/contract.

Boarding and homestay (where applicable)

- The school does not directly operate boarding houses. Boarding accommodation for international students is provided through separate Boarding Halls (for example Oldham Hall and ACS (Independent) Boarding Houses) or via approved homestay providers; these accommodation providers are separate legal entities and charge their own fees and terms.
- International students residing in Singapore without their parents are normally required to board in an ACS‑affiliated boarding hall for the first year; families may also arrange an approved homestay or live with a close family member subject to school guardianship policy.
- Fees for boarding, homestay placement, holiday homestay, meals, laundry and other accommodation‑related costs are charged by the boarding or homestay provider and are not included in the school's tuition figures above. Families should budget separately for these accommodation costs.

Other one‑off or optional costs

- Overseas school trips and residential camps (ranges above): S$500–S$1,500 for required Years 1–3 / FIB / Pre‑IB camps; optional overseas trips S$1,500–S$5,500.
- Uniform costs, school books, meals, school bus, music tuition, specialist materials and discretionary co‑curricular activities vary by choice and are charged separately.
- Any additional external programme or optional activity fees are invoiced separately as required.

Refunds and withdrawal rules

- Withdrawal must be given in writing to the Principal's Office to be effective.
- Tuition fee refund for newly admitted students:
- 100% refund if notice is received more than 30 days before course commencement.
- 50% refund if notice is received less than 31 days before course commencement.
- 25% refund if notice is received 1–60 days after course commencement.
- No refund if notice is received 61 days or more after course commencement.
- Deposit refund:
- 100% refund of deposit if a minimum three months' written notice is given and acknowledged by the Principal's Office.
- No refund of deposit if notice is not received.
- No deposit refund for Years 5 or 6 students with early withdrawal.
- Refunds of balances (after deductions for outstanding amounts such as camps, examination fees or property losses/damage) are processed within approximately 4–6 weeks from receipt of the Refund Advice Form.

Fee payment options and bank details

- Preferred payment methods: PAYNOW and interbank transfer / telegraphic transfer.
- Other accepted methods: cheque, cashier's order or cash. Credit card facilities are not available.
- Cheques should be crossed and made payable to: ACS (International) with the applicant's name written on the back.

ACS International Elementary in Singapore delivers the Cambridge Primary curriculum and provides a pathway to Cambridge IGCSE and IB DP, preparing students for the future. The program begins with Year 1 and 2, where Mathematics, Sciences, Humanities, English and a Mother Tongue or Foreign Language form the core, with English aligned to IGCSE First Language English and IB English A: Language & Literature. Mother Tongue options include Chinese, Malay and Tamil; Foreign Languages include French, Mandarin and Spanish. Integrated Humanities blends History, Geography and Religious Studies, supported by the Approaches To Learning and inquiry-based units.
