Blue House East Coast, Rambai Road campus, is a single-storey bungalow set in a large garden with a welcoming veranda. It has a small capacity of 60 children and operates as a home-like learning environment. Children connect throughout the day via a central piazza, create art on the veranda, and explore the garden. The campus is located in the East Coast area near Joo Chiat and Still Road, with outdoor spaces designed to support exploration and learning. Weekly community walks help children engage with local shopkeepers, artists, and dog walkers.
Programs at Rambai Road cover the full early years sequence: Playgroup (18 months–2.5 years), Nursery 1 (2–3 years), Nursery 2 (3–4 years), Kindergarten 1 (4–5 years), and Kindergarten 2 (5–6 years). Playgroup provides full or half-day options with a 1:6 educator-to-child ratio and includes a nap/rest time. Nursery 1 runs 2–3 years with a 1:7 ratio and 5 days; Nursery 2 runs 3–4 years with a 1:8 ratio and 5 days. Kindergarten 1 runs 4–5 years with a 1:10 ratio and 5 days; Kindergarten 2 runs 5–6 years with a 1:10 ratio and 5 days per week.
Weekly community walks are part of the program, helping children build relationships with local community members, including shopkeepers and artists.
Blue House International – East Coast (Rambai Road) is a small, garden-based early years centre serving children aged 18 months to 6 years. The campus hosts Playgroup through Kindergarten 2 with educator-to-child ratios from 1:6 to 1:10, and a stated capacity of about 60 children. The school follows a Reggio Emilia-inspired emergent curriculum and offers a bilingual English–Mandarin environment where Mandarin and English educators work concurrently. Children spend extended time outdoors and the environment is treated as a “third teacher,” with learning flowing between a central piazza, veranda and garden. Families can opt into the Discover Programme, including Discover Art, Discover Mandarin and Discover Music. The site also describes a partnered school bus option with morning drop-off for a 9:00 a.m. start and midday/afternoon returns.
