The River Valley campus is situated in central Singapore, in a residential neighborhood close to Great World City. It is within reach of Orchard and Fort Canning MRT stations, and nearby bus routes provide additional transport options. The school is housed in a two-storey home surrounded by condominiums and green spaces, offering children access to both indoor and outdoor learning areas.
The school caters to children from Playgroup through Kindergarten 2 (18 months–6 years). The age groups are organised into Playgroup, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, Kindergarten 1, and Kindergarten 2.
Blue House International – River Valley is a co-educational preschool. It is an early-years centre only, and does not provide boarding facilities.

Application Fees
A one-time registration fee of S\$300 is required for all new students (non-refundable). A refundable deposit equal to one month’s full-day programme fee is also payable upon enrolment. The deposit is returned upon withdrawal if notice requirements are met.

Fees are billed monthly and apply across all levels (Playgroup – Kindergarten 2):
Half Day: S\$1,915 per month (S\$22,980 annually, excluding 9% GST)
Full Day: S\$2,308 per month (S\$27,696 annually, excluding 9% GST)
Additional Fees
Insurance: NTUC Junior Protection Plan – S\$10 per year
Slumber Programme (for full-day students): One-time fee of S\$80 (includes mattress and 2 covers)
Refund Policy
The registration fee is non-refundable. The deposit is refundable upon withdrawal, provided notice deadlines are met. Fees are generally not pro-rated. Late payments incur a 3% monthly interest charge.
Blue House International’s River Valley (Jalan Mutiara) campus serves children 18 months–6 years in a homelike, two-storey setting near Great World City and Fort Canning Hill. The school is Reggio Emilia–inspired, with an emergent, bilingual Mandarin–English curriculum delivered by Mandarin and English educators working together. Children learn in curated indoor and outdoor Ateliers and Piazzas, with published educator-to-child ratios from 1:6 (Playgroup) to 1:10 (Kindergarten). Programmes run half-day or full-day, and 2025 fees are S$1,915–S$2,308 per month before GST. The campus connects with the wider Blue House community’s specialist offerings such as Discover Music and resident artist collaborations. Daily routines, naps, and meals are flexibly arranged in consultation with families. The academic calendar highlights closure days, celebration days, and parent events specific to Jalan Mutiara.
