Enrichment Programmes are conducted in the afternoon after lunch to extend learning beyond the core curriculum. Intensive Chinese Immersion Programme (ICIP) fully immerses children in a Mandarin-speaking environment and aims to develop both oral and written Mandarin skills. Kidz Fun Discovery Programme (KFDP) provides Art & Craft, Cookery, Multimedia Skills, Music & Movement, and Speech & Drama, supporting literacy, social and emotional development and problem-solving abilities. The curriculum also exposes children to topics such as Science, History, Botany and General Knowledge through age-appropriate discussions to broaden their understanding beyond the five Montessori subjects.
KFDP includes Art & Craft, Cookery, Multimedia Skills, Music & Movement, and Speech & Drama. The enrichment programme supports literacy, social and emotional development, and problem-solving skills. Afternoons enrichment sessions are conducted on weekdays, with timings varying by centre.

Leadership development is integrated into the Emotional Intelligence curriculum. The EI curriculum aims to Foster Leadership Skills, and includes daily Mindfulness Breaks to support focus and emotional regulation. Reflective Journaling is used for self-awareness and growth mindset, particularly for N2 to K2. A Mini Project: Letter to the Future is planned to encourage graduates to articulate goals and consider their future responsibilities.

Reflective Journaling supports emotional expression and a growth mindset for N2 to K2. A Mini Project: Letter to the Future encourages personal goal setting and future planning.
