Pre-course counselling is conducted prior to prospective student's application to DIMENSIONS. Clear and precise school and course information found in brochures assists prospective students and their parents/guardians to make informed decisions before applying. Candidates who wish to apply for a course offered by DIMENSIONS must ensure they meet the entry and English requirements for the course and furnish all necessary documents and information listed in the course application document checklist. The Customer Service staff will evaluate each student's application and recommend management approval. Upon approval, the applicant is deemed selected for the course applied, and a Letter of Offer, two copies of the Advisory Note to students, and the Standard PEI-Student Contract are issued; the contract can be explained in the student's native language if required. Students and parents/guardians (for students below 18) sign the Advisory Note prior to signing the Standard PEI-Student Contract, and all documents must be submitted to complete the admission process. Step 1: Admission Requirements. Ensure that all admission requirements for the selected/desired program are met, and refer to the admissions requirements of the desired program. Step 2: Fill Up All Necessary Forms. Complete all required forms to continue with the application process, including the DIMENSIONS Admission Application Form for Local Students or for International Students. Step 3: Provide the Necessary Documents. Submit two passport-sized photographs with white background, a photocopy of the applicant's passport (personal particulars page and expiry date), a photocopy of the birth certificate, notarised copies of highest educational certificates and transcripts, proof of English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL or a certificate from an institution confirming English as the medium of instruction), employer certification if applicable, a $500 application fee, documentary proof of financial ability for visa-requiring countries, and a Health Promotion Board vaccination record for international students under age 12; if documents are not in English, translations are required. Step 4: Send in Your Application. Step 5: Acceptance by the School. Processing takes approximately 14 working days; a Letter of Offer and two copies of Advisory Note and the Standard PEI-Student Contract are issued to the selected applicants. Step 6: Approval of Student's Pass by ICA. DIMENSIONS submits the Student's Pass application via SOLAR+; ICA issues an In-Principle Approval Letter (IPA) and DIMENSIONS will notify the student of successful approval; approval depends on ICA Singapore and is not guaranteed.
