The Bukit Timah campus has 18 classrooms, including 14 general classrooms, two science laboratories, a music room, and an art room. Classrooms are child-centred and designed for collaboration, with students using individual iPads to present work on high-tech touchscreens connected to Apple TV. Years 1–2 run at a 1:20 teacher-to-pupil ratio, while Years 3–9 run at 1:25, with teaching assistants supporting differentiated learning. The campus includes spaces for science, music, and art, plus a library nook for reading. Swimming lessons take place off-site at Temasek Country Club, and off-site PE lessons use a Dempsey outdoor field.

One-on-one weekly instrumental lessons are available as peripatetic instruction; these lessons are offered at an additional cost and taught by McKee Music teachers. The music program includes one hour of music and 30 minutes of choral lessons each week.
Invictus International School Bukit Timah offers the Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary curriculums, alongside the Singapore Maths curriculum. The school caters for children aged 5 to 13. Facilities include science labs, a music room, and an art room. A notable feature of the school is its dual language program, teaching 3.5 hours of Mandarin instruction a week. There is also emphasis on hands-on learning where students enjoy 2.5 hours in the science lab where they carry out at least one experiment weekly.
