The curriculum is organized into four age-banded programmes: Infant (2 months–18 months), Toddler (18 months–3 years), Kindergarten (3–5 years), and Pre-Primary (6 years). The Josiah Way provides a balanced, holistic approach designed for growing bodies and minds. Montessori methods are integrated with group activities and music to support learning. English and Mandarin literacy are emphasized to develop reading and writing skills. The program prepares students for smooth transitions into local and international schools.
The Musical Arts Programme (MAP) is developed in-house and consists of five elements to inculcate 21st-century values such as self-management and social awareness. Josiah Enrich offers enrichment in Phonetics and Mathematics, including accelerated reading and mathematics concepts. Josiah Online provides an in-house online companion aligned to the curriculum for home learning and engagement. These offerings complement the core Montessori programme and support language, literacy and mathematical development.
