It welcomes children from 18 months to 6 years. Programs are run by AMI-trained French educators with English-speaking assistants. The school was founded by Céline Liput, who serves as Head of School; Surina is Principal.
Les Oliviers maintains a bilingual, mixed-age Montessori community for infants through 6 years. The Infant Community is guided by a French-speaking AMI Montessori-trained guide with an English-speaking assistant. The Casa Dei Bambini is guided by a French-speaking AMI Montessori-trained guide with an English-speaking assistant as well. Jennifer Saba is the Casa Guide and Mary Zhuo teaches 3–6-year-olds.

The curriculum is based on five core areas: practical life, sensorial, mathematics, language, and culture. The school is located in the Namly Estate on Bukit Timah. Programs are led by educators trained by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) alongside English-speaking assistants. A distinctive program offered is "Montessori, You & Me," a weekly class for babies and caregivers that introduces families to the Montessori approach.
