Infant Community (18 months to 3 years) and Casa Dei Bambini (3 to 6 years) use AMI Montessori materials in a structured work cycle to support early literacy, number sense, concentration, and independence. The Infant Community develops language, socialization, movement, practical life, and functional independence. The Casa Dei Bambini program covers practical life, sensorial work, mathematics, language, culture, and grace and courtesy to foster independent, thoughtful learners.
Arts and music are included as part of the Culture curriculum. The Casa Dei Bambini program explicitly includes arts and music alongside geography, zoology, and botany. Creativity is fostered through hands-on cultural experiences within the Montessori framework.
A bilingual language environment is provided with French-speaking AMI Montessori-trained guides and English-speaking assistants. Instruction occurs in both French and English within the classroom context. Both Infant Community and Casa Dei Bambini feature staff to support language development in the two languages.
Grace and Courtesy are practiced daily to develop social skills, empathy, and a sense of community belonging. The Montessori environment emphasizes collaboration and respectful interactions among children. Children are supported to think for themselves while developing social awareness and self-regulation.
Morning routines for Infant Community include Montessori work, a morning snack, outdoor time, and lunch. Snacks are provided by the school and lunch is brought from home. The program emphasizes movement, independence, and emotional development, with Grace and Courtesy fostering social harmony.
