The school offers day programs only, with Full Day (8am–5pm) and Half Day (8am–12:30pm) options; operating hours are 7am–7pm and bus transport is provided for daily travel to and from home.
The school provides a healthy international daily menu (breakfast, lunch and tea break) with healthier cooking methods. It uses brown rice, low salt and no MSG, with appropriate portions, and the menu is accredited by the Singapore Health Promotion Board.

Lily Valley International Preschool offers the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and transitions to the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) as children advance.
