Extra-Curricular Activities

Clubs, activities, and opportunities to explore interests and passions

Academic and Intellectual

The school uses a values-based curriculum rooted in Faith, Integrity, Unity, Community, and Excellence. The environment supports comfort, curiosity, and growth with warm, spacious spaces and corners for reading, sensory play, and imaginative activities. Educators nurture social, emotional, and character development through warmth, attentiveness, and steady guidance, supported by ongoing professional development. Children encounter English and Mandarin through daily encounters in songs, stories, conversations, and play, making both languages a natural part of learning.

Arts and Creative

The learning spaces include a Dramatic Corner and Reading Nook to support imaginative play and early literacy. A Construction Zone and other activity corners encourage hands-on creativity. These areas enable children to express ideas through role-play and storytelling.

Cultural and Language

The Bukit Panjang campus builds a bilingual foundation through English and Mandarin. English and Mandarin are heard and used in songs, stories, conversations, and play, making both languages a natural part of daily life. This approach supports early language development and cross-cultural awareness.

Social and Hobbies

Family-based activities are organized to involve families in the preschool experience. The campus offers spaces for social interaction and cooperative play, including the Dramatic Corner and Reading Nook, and an outdoor playground to encourage social development.

Community and Service

The school provides spiritual and emotional support through a Pastoral Care Team and Chaplains, who lead chapel assemblies, staff prayers, outreach events, and one-to-one care. Centre Chaplains are officers of The Salvation Army and participate in daily life to support values and character development through faith-based guidance.

Lifestyle and Wellbeing

The campus features an outdoor playground, a community garden, and a badminton court. The full-day program runs from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, with breakfast, lunch, and tea included. The care services span Playgroup to Kindergarten 2, catering to children aged 18 months to 6 years.
