Refund Policy
Full Refund for Non-Delivery:
If the school cancels or fails to deliver the course, students are entitled to a 100% refund of course and miscellaneous fees within 7 working days.
Cooling-Off Period:
Students can withdraw within 10 working days of signing the contract and receive a 75% refund of fees paid, even if the course has already begun.
Tiered Refund Before/After Course Start:
75% refund: More than 15 working days before course starts
25% refund: Within 15 working days before course starts
0% refund: After course begins
Non-Refundable Fees & Processing:
Registration and FPS fees are generally non-refundable (with specific exceptions), and all approved refunds are processed within 7 working days, requiring administrative approval and formal documentation.
