The Tampines Campus is at 2 Tampines Street 92, Singapore 528889, within walking distance of Tampines West MRT Station. The campus features a large outdoor field and is situated in the Tampines residential area in eastern Singapore. A bus service is available.
The school operates four stages: Early Years (Nursery 2 to K2), Primary (Grades 1-5), Middle Years (Grades 6-10), and High School (Grades 11-12). This through-train model allows students to progress from age 4 through to university entry without changing schools.
Middleton is a private co-educational international school, part of the EtonHouse Group. It is EduTrust certified by the Singapore government.
An Intensive English Programme is available for non-native English speakers in Grades 4-7 as a chargeable add-on. Student Support Services provide additional assistance for students who need it.
A bus service is available for students. The campus is also within walking distance of Tampines West MRT Station.

Middleton International School Tampines Campus is a co-educational K-12 school in eastern Singapore, part of the EtonHouse Group. It serves over 1,200 students from 50+ nationalities, offering a Reggio-inspired Early Years programme, the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), Cambridge Lower Secondary and IGCSE, and Cambridge A Levels. The school follows an inquiry-led approach and is designated as the Contentment Foundation's Mothership School in Southeast Asia, with happiness and wellbeing integrated throughout. An Intensive English Programme supports non-native English speakers. The academic year runs January to December with rolling admissions.
