West Coast campus offers Nursery 2 to Grade 5. The campus has a capacity of more than 500 students. In 2023 Middleton launched the Intensive English Programme at West Coast for Grades 4 to 7 to provide a six-month English immersion before accessing the mainstream curriculum. The school day runs from 08:45 to 15:15.
Art and Physical Education are included in the Middleton Intensive English Programme (MIEP) immersion, delivering language development through creative and physical activities. The MIEP provides an immersive environment to build language skills and supports holistic development through creative expression. West Coast uses MIEP to integrate arts and sports into language learning.
English is the language of instruction, and Middleton offers Additional Languages to develop proficiency in other languages. An English as an Additional Language (EAL) programme supports non-native English speakers. Learners can continue learning a language as IGCSE and A‑Level subjects beyond primary, through an inquiry-based curriculum that includes cultural elements.
There is one free teacher-led ECA per semester. ECAs run Monday to Thursday, with West Coast ECAs scheduled from 15:25 to 16:15. The campus provides morning and lunchtime play to support social interaction, and there is a Student Council as part of Middleton's leadership opportunities.
Community involvement programmes are part of Middleton's offerings, with pastoral counselling and wellbeing support available to students as needed.

Middleton International School – West Coast Campus is part of the EtonHouse International Education Group and sits at 20 Harbour Drive, Singapore 117612. The campus, Middleton's newest site opened in February 2022 (subject to regulatory approvals), has capacity for 500 students and offers classes from Nursery 2 to Grade 5. It follows a Cambridge-based pathway and the International Primary Curriculum in the primary years. Early years use a Reggio-inspired Inquiry.Think.Learn approach for Nursery 2 to Kindergarten 2.
