Middleton International School in Singapore provides a seamless K–12 education divided into four key stages:
Early Years: Nursery 2 to Kindergarten 2 (ages 4 to 6)
Primary Years: Grades 1 to 5 (ages 7 to 11)
Middle Years: Grades 6 to 10 (ages 12 to 16)
High School: Grades 11 to 12 (ages 17 to 18)
Middleton International School is a co-educational international day school, offering no boarding facilities.
Middleton International School provides targeted support for students with Additional Learning Needs through its dedicated Learning Support team. This support typically involves individualized or small-group sessions tailored to students' specific needs, helping them succeed in mainstream classrooms. However, Middleton is not a specialist SEN school, so prospective parents are encouraged to discuss their child's specific needs with the admissions team to ensure the school can provide appropriate support.

Middleton International School's Tampines campus operates on the following schedule:
Early Years and Primary Levels: School hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Secondary Levels: School hours are from 9:15 AM to 3:45 PM.
The school day includes morning break and lunchtime break periods.
ECAs will be held from Monday or Tuesday from 3:45 PM - 4:30 PM
Middleton International School's Tampines campus offers an optional school bus service for students. The service is provided by Zheng Xing Yun Bus Service, the school's appointed vendor, covering designated areas across Singapore.

Early Years (Nursery to Kindergarten 2): SGD 22,321 per year
Primary Years (Grade 1): SGD 25,593 per year (includes an additional language)
Primary Years (Grades 2–5): SGD 21,216 per year
Middle Years (Grades 6–10): SGD 24,327 per year
High School (Grades 11–12): SGD 27,945 year
-Tuition fees include course fee, one teacher-led ECA from Kindergarten 2, student insurance and Fee Protection Scheme (FPS).
-Admissions is open all year round (except G9-12), the actual course fee will be pro-rated based on the student's commencement date.
Billing Schedule and Payment Terms: Fees are billed quarterly, payable in four instalments annually. Payment is due before each term begins.

Additional Language (Chinese/ Hindi/French): SGD 4,360 per year (invoiced termly)
English as an Additional Language (EAL): SGD 2,725 per year (invoiced termly)
Intensive EAL: SGD 4,905 per year (invoiced termly)
Uniforms, school bus services, excursions, and meals are additional costs not included in the tuition fees.
Sibling Discount: Families get a 10% discount on course fees for the second child and any after. The discount is applied to the child(ren) with the lower fees.
Refund Information: The application fee is non-refundable. Refunds of tuition fees depend on withdrawal timing and notice period as outlined in the school's refund policy.
Payment Options: The school accepts payments via PayNow, bank transfers and credit cards. Detailed payment instructions are provided upon enrolment.
