Clubs, activities, and opportunities to explore interests and passions

Academic and Intellectual

Middleton offers four learning pathways for students aged 4 to 17: Early Years (Nursery 2 to Kindergarten 2), Primary Years (Grade 1 to Grade 5), Middle Years (Grade 6 to Grade 10) and High School (Grade 11 to Grade 12). Early Years follows the Reggio-inspired Inquire.Think.Learn approach. Primary Years use the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). Middle Years cover Cambridge Lower Secondary and Cambridge IGCSE, while High School leads to Cambridge A-Levels.

Arts and Creative

Extra Curricular Programmes include sports, artistic, cultural and recreational activities beyond the timetable. Examples of ECAs include robotics, chess, badminton and music. Some ECAs are teacher-led and offered at no additional cost, while external vendor ECAs carry a separate fee. Participation helps students develop teamwork, sportsmanship and new interests.

Cultural and Language

Mandarin, French, Hindi and English as an Additional Language are offered (charged). The campus hosts students from more than 50 nationalities. The school is part of the EtonHouse International Education Group.

Social and Hobbies

The school provides diverse extra-curricular programmes that span sports, arts and cultural activities beyond the academic timetable. ECAs include robotics, chess, badminton and music. Students develop teamwork and social connections through ECAs across year groups.

Community and Service

The NYAA programme develops confident, responsible and compassionate young individuals. NYAA includes service learning, outdoor adventure and skill-building. Past awardees are celebrated and the program highlights student achievements.

Leadership and Professional

The Middleton leadership team includes an Executive Principal, Atima Joshi. The leadership team includes Adam Charles Harbinson and Steve Gallego as Principals. The leadership team brings decades of relevant experience and emphasizes curiosity, positive psychology and mindfulness.

Lifestyle and Wellbeing

Happiness and well-being are built into the school's culture, with a strong emphasis on social and emotional learning. The Contentment Foundation's Mothership School in Southeast Asia leads mindfulness practices and student-wellbeing programmes for schools in the region.
