Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Obtain Application Forms
Parents begin by getting the relevant application forms: the school’s Admissions Application Form and the School-Parent Admissions Form. These can be downloaded from the school’s website or requested by email.

2. Prepare and Submit Required Documents + Registration Fee
Along with the completed forms, parents must submit a non-refundable Admissions Fee and copies of supporting documents.

3. Application Review and Conditional Offer
All applications are conditional and subject to the school’s acceptance. QuIPS reviews the application with the provided documents and may accept or reject based on availability and eligibility.

4. Placement + Enrollment
Once an offer is made, parents sign the Placement Letter or equivalent and confirm acceptance. They may need to plan ahead because of limited class sizes; the school recommends initiating the application at least six months ahead of the start date.

5. Payment of Fees and Registration
Parents are required to pay the admissions/registration fee and then the tuition fees before the start of term or according to the schedule. The school bills termly (four terms per year), and arrangements may sometimes be made for monthly instalments.

6. Orientation / Starting
After administrative steps are completed, the child starts school in the appropriate program (Playgroup through Year 1 depending on age). Additional details such as immunization, allergies, or other health information must be submitted in time.

Waitlist

QuIPS does not explicitly describe a waitlist or pool system on their website under Admissions.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

The school does not publicly disclose any information about offering scholarships on its website or in its admissions pages.
