Raffles Kidz International began in 2014 with its first preschool in Singapore, Raffles Kidz @ Yio Chu Kang, serving as the network's flagship centre. The Yio Chu Kang site has undergone refurbishments to upgrade infrastructure and expand outdoor learning spaces. The network expanded to Bukit Panjang (2015), Punggol (2016), and Jurong West (Yuan Ching) (2018). In 2023, three more centres opened at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, and Jurong West (Surbana Jurong Campus), bringing the network to seven centres. All centres operate under the same management with a unified curriculum; the group is not a franchise.
The Yio Chu Kang centre hosts Open House events to engage families and showcase its curriculum and programmes, with upcoming events such as an Open House scheduled for February 7, 2026 at 4 Tamarind Road. Open House materials emphasize a holistic bilingual curriculum and opportunities to observe classrooms and facilities. A liaison team coordinates communication with parents and helps tailor programmes to individual children. The centre serves families in Sengkang, Seletar, and Fernvale, offering spacious indoor and outdoor learning spaces that support a bilingual learning environment.
Public information does not list a dedicated Parent Teacher Association for Raffles Kidz @ Yio Chu Kang. The organization operates all centres under the same management team with the same curriculum and programmes, and it is not a franchise. Parent involvement is facilitated through school-led events and direct parent communication via a liaison team. Open House events provide opportunities for parents to meet educators, learn about the bilingual curriculum, and tour facilities.
