Raffles Kidz International began in 2014 with its first centre at Yio Chu Kang. The network expanded to Bukit Panjang in 2015, to Punggol in 2016, and to Jurong West (Yuan Ching) in 2018. In 2023, three new preschools were opened at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, and Jurong West (Surbana Jurong Campus). The Yishun centre opened on October 3, 2023, within the Agilent Technologies Building, opposite Chongfu School, to meet the needs of nearby working families. All centres operate under the same management with a unified curriculum and programmes; the organisation is not a franchise.
Raffles Kidz maintains a bilingual learning environment with English and Chinese, with each class led by one English teacher and one Chinese teacher. The Yishun centre participates in regular events such as Open Houses and school tours to engage families and showcase learning spaces. Learning activities include Project Explorer to foster group collaboration and Outdoor Fitness to encourage peer interactions. Grand openings and new-centre launches form part of the community-building activities, providing opportunities for parents to meet educators and other families.
Public materials do not list a formal PTA or its activities for Raffles Kidz International or the Yishun centre. The centres operate under the same management with a common curriculum and are not franchised. Community engagement is facilitated through centre-hosted events such as Open Houses and Grand Openings, rather than through a documented PTA program. Activities like Project Explorer and Outdoor Fitness illustrate a broader parent-involvement framework described in Yishun communications. There are no documented PTA committees, meeting schedules, or volunteer groups in publicly accessible materials. Given the lack of publicly documented PTA information, inquiries should be directed to the Yishun centre for any PTA-related details.
Rafflez Kidz International - Yishun serves children aged 18 months to 6 years. The centre adopts an inquiry-based and Montessori-inspired curriculum, promoting active learning and creativity. Facilities include purposefully designed learning spaces, a library corner, and interactive play areas.
