Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Enquiry and Tour: Prospective parents can begin the process by booking a weekday personal tour or attending an Open House. These visits allow families to observe the classrooms and meet the educators. Tours can be arranged directly with the admissions team via email or phone.
2. Registration of Interest: Families must complete an online Registration of Interest Form for their desired entry year. The admissions team will then contact parents with further instructions on the application. Please note that all children must hold a valid Singapore residency pass, such as a Dependant Pass or Student Pass, to apply.
3. Application and Assessment: Formal applications require a non-refundable registration fee of SGD 545.00. The preschool evaluates applications based on specific priority factors rather than the application date. These factors include adherence to the Catholic faith, having siblings currently enrolled, residency status, gender balance, and demographic mix.
4. Offer and Enrollment: Upon receiving an offer, parents must confirm their child's place within two weeks by submitting the required documentation and making the initial payment. This payment covers the first month’s tuition, a SGD 2,300.00 security deposit, and annual incidental charges. Future monthly tuition fees are then collected automatically via GIRO deduction.

The school does not publicly disclose information regarding preschool scholarships. However, Singaporean citizens whose children are aged 2 to 6 and enrolled in the full-day programme may be entitled to a monthly Basic Subsidy of up to SGD 300.00 from the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
SJI International Preschool caters to children aged 2 to 6, offering a full-day, inquiry-based curriculum structured around eight transdisciplinary learning domains. The school operates a Bilingual Literacy Programme where every classroom is staffed by at least one English-speaking and one Mandarin-speaking educator simultaneously throughout the day. Located on Holland Road, the campus integrates natural greenery to support specific outdoor initiatives. A notable feature of the school is its Outdoor Learning Programme, which includes hands-on urban farming and an Aquaponics Programme, allowing students to learn about sustainability through practical farm-to-table concepts. The school also incorporates a Pastoral Care Programme anchored by the Virtues Project. This framework introduces 22 specific virtues tied to the institution's core Lasallian Catholic values: Faith, Service, Community, Excellence, and Respect. Students meeting the necessary criteria are offered priority admission to the SJI International Elementary School for their primary education.
