The college offers two learning routes - Inclusive Education and Special Needs Education. Both follow the Foundation to Year 10 Australian curriculum, integrating visual and performing arts programmes along with academics. This approach, along with therapy services, aims to help each student reach their full potential.
Inclusive Education - Programmes offered are Y1- Y10
Y1 - Y4 is for students 7 to 11 yrs, focusing on building strong
academic foundations while supporting individual
learning needs. The programme also nurtures
communication, self-regulation and social-emotional
development, preparing students with confidence for
continuous learning.
For students 11 yrs and above focussing not only on
academics but also designed to cultivate essential life
skills, nurture social-emotional wellbeing, ensuring
students are prepared not only for further learning but
also for independent, purposeful lives.
Special Needs Education - Programmes offered are
- Foundation Programme: For students 9 years and above, focusing on developing language, communication, social, and emotional skills, along with functional literacy and numeracy.
- Pathways Programme: Designed for students 12 years and above, emphasizing daily living skills to help them thrive on schedules, habits, and routines.
- Transition Programme: Aimed at students 16 years and above, this programme focuses on transitioning to independent living skills and confidently facing real-world challenges.
- Youth Activity Centre: For students 16 years and above, focusing on equipping daily living and community living skills to transition into adulthood independently.
- Career Pathways Programme: For students 19 years and above, concentrating on transitioning to work by providing internship opportunities.

The GUILD International College follows a non-exam-based model.
There are ongoing assessment. Students are tracked on a weekly basis based on their ILP goals
Assessments at The GUILD International College are in the form of achieving learning goals in the student’s Individual Learning Plans (ILP). These are derived from a pupil’s Statement of Needs; Therapy reports and Educational Psychology reports as part of their diagnosis. ILPs are set up for individual pupils. These achieved targets are communicated to parents and students at the end of the academic year in a parent/teacher meeting and form the following year’s targets and assessments.
We equip the students with skills required to transition to further education, work, structured workplace, independent living and living with support.
