Billing schedule and payment terms

- Initial payment at acceptance / on admission: the first payment (entrance fee / initial tuition instalment and any required one‑time charges/donations) must be paid by bank transfer prior to the student's start date. Subsequent tuition/facility charges are collected by GIRO (bank automatic debit).

- Regular tuition collection via GIRO: the school's automatic debit (GIRO) runs on a quarterly schedule; instalments are structured as 3‑month amounts collected in April, July, October and January (billing timing may require an initial prepayment of 2–4 months depending on the admission month).

- Bus fees (if using the school bus): initial payment by bank transfer; thereafter bus charges are collected by GIRO in the same manner as tuition.

Boarding

- Boarding is not applicable. The school operates as day campuses (elementary campuses at Clementi and Changi and a separate secondary campus). No boarding fees apply.

Other costs and routinely charged items

- School bus (通学バス) — typical charges (2025/2026 published levels):
- Entrance / registration fee per household: S$ 10.90 (GST inclusive).
- Capital contribution / deposit per household (refundable on withdrawal): S$ 100.00.
- Monthly bus fee per rider (primary & secondary same rate): S$ 305.20 per student (GST inclusive). Example new‑entry totals vary by entry month; the school provides example totals for 1 or more riders.

- Textbooks: core textbooks are provided under arrangement with the appropriate authority and are distributed without charge where indicated; specific distribution procedures and schedules are set by the school/embassy arrangements.

- Uniforms and PE kit:
- There is no compulsory school uniform for elementary or secondary daily wear; however the school specifies required PE/athletic attire (school‑specified T‑shirt and shorts for elementary and a specified T‑shirt for secondary). PE kit is available for purchase through the school's indicated channels. Exact kit prices are handled via the school's purchase instructions and are not published as a fixed school‑wide uniform tariff.

- Other occasional charges: school activity fees, excursions, extracurricular program fees and materials may be charged separately when applicable; these are itemised as required in enrolment/term communications. (Standard recurring charges are the tuition and facility fees shown above; additional one‑off or program charges are published in individual notices to families.)

Refunds and withdrawal billing rules

- Tuition and bus refunds are calculated on a monthly basis; the school does not pro‑rate fees by day. If a student is enrolled in a month (even for a single day), that month is chargeable in full. Forms for GIRO termination and refund requests are part of the school's withdrawal procedures.

- Bus capital contribution (出資金) is refundable on withdrawal in accordance with the bus cooperative's procedures; specific refund paperwork for bus fees is required on withdrawal.

- One‑time donations, entrance fees and facility surcharges are treated under the school's admission and donation rules; corporate or personal donation obligations depend on employer status and prior payment history. (Re‑entry within 12 months may affect whether entrance fee / facility surcharge must be re‑paid at re‑admission according to the school's rules.)

Payment methods accepted / instructions

- Initial payments (entrance fee, required one‑time charges and initial tuition instalment) are to be made by bank transfer. Subsequent recurring tuition and bus charges are collected by GIRO (bank automatic debit). These are the school's published, standard payment mechanisms for school fees and bus charges.

- Donation payment procedures differ for corporate vs personal donations and are handled according to the school's donation request process.

(If specific currency conversions or retail prices for PE kit are needed, those are handled separately from the school's published fee schedule.)
