All students wear uniforms every day. Uniforms include navy shorts and polo shirts color-coded by year group: Early Years (Reception–Year 2) orange; Lower Preparatory (Years 3–6) green; Upper Preparatory (Years 7–8) blue; Secondary (Years 9–13) navy; a grey T‑shirt is provided for Physical Education.
Victus Catering provides healthy school lunches and snacks, with daily fresh fruit included in the school fees. Meal options include Western, Asian, vegetarian, and allergen-free choices.
There are four Houses: Austen (Blue), Jordan (Red), Watson (Yellow), and Darwin (Green). The House System fosters belonging and teamwork through sports, academics, social activities, and creative challenges.
The Winstedt School caters for students aged 4 to 18 years old. The school follows the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC), and Pearson Edexcel UK Curriculum for IGCSE examinations. The Winstedt School is well-known for supporting students with mild learning needs, such as dyslexia, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges and the school emphasizes small class sizes, allowing for tailored support and attention for each child. The campus features specialized learning spaces, including therapy rooms, sensory spaces, and creative studios. It is particularly known for its strong emphasis on the arts, with numerous opportunities for students to participate in music ensembles and drama performances.
