1. Submit Supporting Documents
After submitting the application, provide original versions of the following documents:
Student's passport-size photograph
Photographs of both parents
Student's passport and birth certificate
Parents' passports
Student's immunization records (Diphtheria and Measles are mandatory in Singapore)
Student's and parents' ICs or relevant passes (e.g., Employment Pass, Dependent Pass)
School report card from the previous year (for Grade 2 and above)
Note: Documents not in English must be accompanied by official translations.
2. Aptitude Test and School Visit
Schedule an aptitude test for students applying to Grade 2 and above. The test assesses English proficiency, mathematics, and, for higher grades, science. Additionally, arrange a campus visit to familiarize with the school's environment.
3. Admission Decision
The school evaluates the application based on test results, age criteria, previous academic records, and the student's overall profile, including behavior, social skills, work ethic, attitude, and English proficiency.
4. Acceptance and Contract Signing
Upon acceptance, execute the Wise Oaks student contract to formalize enrollment.
5. Fee Payment
Pay the applicable fees as outlined in the school's fee structure.
6. Final Documentation Submission
Submit any remaining required documents before the commencement of the school term.
Wise Oaks International School does have a waitlist if a grade level is full at the time of application.
