The Wise Oaks uniform is thoughtfully designed and the complete uniform set is available for purchase at the school. PE uniforms are worn on PE and CCA days; on other days students wear the regular uniform with a school tie. Black shoes and socks are worn with both PE and regular uniforms. Uniform fittings can be arranged by appointment, and online purchases are strongly recommended; opening hours for uniform purchases are Tuesday and Thursday 10:00–11:00 and Monday and Wednesday 16:00–17:00.
The Academic and Examination Board (AEB) is the governing body that manages academic quality and examination procedures. The chair is Ms. Rajni Parasher, who also serves as Principal; other AEB members include Ms. Anita Narayan, Ms. Payal Jain, Ms. Amrita Ghosal Mukherjee, and Ms. Lakshminarayanan Nagalakshmi. Operations are overseen by the School Managers, including Mr. Vivek Parasher (Director & School Manager) and Ms. Anita Narayan (School Manager & Head of School). Wise Oaks operates across three campuses: Bukit Timah Campus, Valley Point Campus, and Upper Serangoon Road Campus.
Wise Oaks International School in Bukit Timah offers the Cambridge International Curriculum integrated with Singapore Mathematics, catering to students aged 4 to 16. A notable feature is the "Wisetech Codespark" program which introduces students to coding and technology, fostering early interest in STEM fields. Another program is the "Get Reading Right (GRR)" initiative, emphasizing literacy development from a young age. The Bukit Timah campus offers unique access to nearby sports facilities and natural reserves, enriching the physical education and outdoor learning experiences.
