The campus is well-connected by public transport, with nearby MRT stations and bus routes ensuring easy commutes for students and parents.
The school offers education from the Reception Year Program (RYP) for children aged 4.5 years up to Grade 10, following the Cambridge International curriculum. The academic progression includes the Foundation Plus Reception Year Program, Cambridge Primary Curriculum for Grades 1 to 5, Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme for Grades 6 to 8, and the Cambridge IGCSE Programme for Grades 9 and 10.

Wise Oaks International School offers door to door bus transportation island-wide. School bus service is provided to and from the school. There is also an evening drop-off after the student support stayback for students depending on the number of takers.

Refund Policy
The school offers a clear refund policy that provides a full refund of all course and miscellaneous fees if the school is unable to deliver the course or if a student’s pass application is rejected.
For voluntary withdrawals, refunds are calculated based on the terms in the student contract and processed within seven working days upon receiving written notice. Students also benefit from a 10-day cooling-off period after signing the contract, during which they are entitled to the highest possible refund, even if the course has started. However, certain fees such as the registration and administration fees are non-refundable.
