The school is situated at 491B River Valley Road in the River Valley Point Office Tower. Located in Singapore’s central region, the campus serves families living in Orchard, River Valley, and surrounding districts. It is a short walk from Great World MRT Station (Thomson-East Coast Line) and also accessible from Tiong Bahru MRT Station (East-West Line). The campus is well connected by public buses and major roads like River Valley Road and the Central Expressway (CTE), making it easy to reach from most parts of the city.
The school offers education from the Reception Year Program (RYP) for children aged 4.5 years up to Grade 10, following the Cambridge International curriculum. The academic progression includes the Foundation Plus Reception Year Program, Cambridge Primary Curriculum for Grades 1 to 5, Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme for Grades 6 to 8, and the Cambridge IGCSE Programme for Grades 9 and 10.
Wise Oaks International School is a co-educational institution. The school does not offer boarding facilities.
Teachers closely monitor student progress and offer extra help through remedial lessons and after-school sessions when needed. The goal is to ensure that each child has the time and support necessary to grasp key concepts, especially in core subjects like English, Math, and Science. Regular communication with parents helps keep them informed of their child's development and any specific learning needs.
To further strengthen student learning, the school encourages parent engagement through its PEERS Group (Parents Enthusiastically Engaged in Rendering Support). This group works alongside the school to support educational goals and school activities. Parents often assist in classroom events, contribute ideas, and help create a positive and active learning environment. This collaboration helps ensure that students receive well-rounded support both at home and in school.

The school day starts slightly later at 9:15 AM. Recess is scheduled from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM, and lunch takes place from 1:10 PM to 1:45 PM. Students are dismissed at 3:39 PM.
Wise Oaks International School offers door to door bus transportation island-wide. School bus service is provided to and from the school. There is also an evening drop-off after the student support stayback for students depending on the number of takers.

Tuition is payable in six instalments, each covering two months.

Refund Policy
The school offers a clear refund policy that provides a full refund of all course and miscellaneous fees if the school is unable to deliver the course or if a student’s pass application is rejected.
For voluntary withdrawals, refunds are calculated based on the terms in the student contract and processed within seven working days upon receiving written notice. Students also benefit from a 10-day cooling-off period after signing the contract, during which they are entitled to the highest possible refund, even if the course has started. However, certain fees such as the registration and administration fees are non-refundable.
