History

Yuvabharathi International School (YBIS) in Singapore was established in 2009 With the motto "Initiating Inquiry," YBIS encourages curiosity and supports students in developing essential skills for today's world. Teachers guide and support students in both their academic progress and personal growth. The school offers a broad curriculum, giving families flexibility based on their child’s needs. There are also opportunities for kids to try out different activities such as music and sports, robotics and public speaking for them to explore their interests and develop their abilities.

Community

Yuvabharathi International School fosters a community where students, teachers, and parents work closely together. The school organizes a variety of events such as cultural celebrations, sports meets, science exhibitions, and inter-house competitions that encourage student participation and teamwork. In addition, the school promotes social awareness and responsibility through community engagement initiatives, including environmental projects and charitable drives such as The Waves: 22 Stories of Taman Jurong’ Project, Eco-Friendly Art Projects and so on , helping students develop empathy and a sense of civic duty.

Parent-Teacher Association

Yuvabharathi International School has a Parent Support Group, which functions similarly to a Parent-Teacher Association. Members of the PSG assist in organizing school events and activities such as Chinese New Year, Racial Harmony Day, The Waves: 22 Stories of Taman Jurong' project and so on enhancing the sense of community within YBIS.
