It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
01 Fill out the admissions form and attach the student's documentation (school reports and any reference letters from previous teachers, copies of exam certificates, etc.) in English, Slovene, or Italian. The documentation demonstrates the student's educational history and achievements. Applications are accepted throughout the year, and 16 places are available per year group. This completes the initial step of the admissions process.
02 Selecting English level for Year 7, 8 or 9. In the admissions form, when indicating Year 7, 8 or 9, you will have the option to choose the level of English for your child between Native Stream (B2+ level) or English Second Language. This option is only available in Years 7–9; in Year 10 onwards, all students are treated as native speakers. If you are unsure of your child's level, contact the admissions team to arrange a free placement test, which will be both oral and written.
03 Receiving enrolment proposal. Receive the enrolment proposal or the waiting list notification. The school currently accepts 16 students per year group. Notifications are provided by the admissions team.
04 Present enrolment documentation. Present via email or post enrolment documentation: the school contract; a photo copy of the student's birth certificate/identity card/passport (you will be required to give a copy of this in person on the first day of school, if you do not visit us before); a passport-sized photograph; enrolment bank transfer receipt.
Waitlist: If there are more applicants than places, you may be placed on a waiting list and notified when a place becomes available. The school currently accepts 16 students per year group.
