The campus offers a Foundation to Graduation pathway from Play Group to Degree Level. It includes a reading corner, a spacious music room, a multipurpose room with a mini library, an IT suite and an indoor play room, with an outdoor play area that is beautifully landscaped. Primary and Secondary schools are equipped with modern libraries, Science laboratories, Design and Technology laboratories, and rooms for Art and Crafts, Dance, Drama and Music, plus a Math Lab, an Innovation Studio, an Auditorium and several ICT suites. Interactive Whiteboards are used across classrooms and all Secondary School rooms have Internet access; a Bring Your Own Device policy operates at A Level, and the School-On-Line management system powers processes.

In Kandy, clubs include Buddhist Society, Christian Society, Hindu Society, Islamic Society, Debating Club, ICT Society, Drama Club, MUN, Science Society, Innovation, Robotics, Community Service Club, English Literary Society, French Club, Art Club, Interact Club, Environmental Society, History Society, Guiding/Scouting, First Aid Society, Photography Club, Scrabble Club, Geography Club, General Knowledge Club, Law Society, Toastmasters and Broadcasting, Choir and Quiz Club, among others.
Gateway College Kandy provides an international education in Sri Lanka for ages 2 to 18. The school follows Cambridge curricula at Primary and Secondary levels, offering Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel IGCSEs and BTEC qualifications. The Curriculum Prism integrates academics, sport, co-curricular activities and character development, modelling the English National Curriculum while incorporating local history, culture and civil society to ground students in Sri Lanka and broaden global perspectives.
