Fees
Application / Admission fees
- Lyceum charges an Admission Fee at the time of enrolment together with a refundable deposit.
- Promotional reductions or temporary waivers of the Admission Fee have been offered for specific grades and periods.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)
- Tuition is billed on a term basis; term fees are the school's standard billing unit. Specific term amounts are set by branch and by grade.
- A single published, branch-by-branch fee table showing per-term or per-year numeric amounts for each grade and for the 2026/27 (or 2025/26) academic year is not publicly posted in a centralised fee table; parents receive the exact term fee for their child's branch and grade from the branch Accounts Receivable or as part of the admissions paperwork.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are invoiced per term. Term fees are described as non-refundable and may be changed before a term begins. Late payments attract a surcharge. Non-payment beyond three months may result in termination of the student's enrolment at the end of that term. Parents are required to give one full term's written notice of withdrawal. Refundable deposits are refunded after clearance (subject to deduction for arrears or damages) within a stated period.
- Branch-level Accounts Receivable manages term invoicing and payment handling; parents should use the Accounts Receivable contact for their branch for invoice dates, due dates and any instalment arrangements.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Lyceum Gampaha does not list boarding among its branch services or facilities; boarding accommodation and related boarding fees do not apply to Lyceum Gampaha.

Other costs and typical additional charges
- Refundable deposit: collected at admission and refunded after the school clearance process, minus any outstanding fees or property damage deductions; the refund processing period is specified in the enrolment terms.
- School transport (school bus / van) fees: a separate charge for school transport is levied where the school bus service is used; route availability and charges vary by branch. Lyceum Gampaha lists a School Bus Service among branch facilities.
- Uniforms and kit: uniform sales are handled through an on-site uniform store at the branch; uniform purchase is an additional cost.
- Textbooks, workbooks and examination fees: textbooks/workbooks and international examination (Edexcel/Cambridge) entry fees are payable in addition to term fees; some optional school programmes or exam registrations incur separate charges. Lyceum provides assessment/exam payment channels and documentation for exam fee payments.
- Co-curricular / elective charges: certain extra-curricular programmes, external trips or specialised activities may carry separate fees; these vary by programme and branch.
- Optional insurance/cover plans: the Lyceum Guardian programme offers optional coverage items (for example: textbooks, uniforms and international exam fees) and indicates that, from the 2026/2027 academic year, registered Guardian coverage can include term-fee protection for eligible students.

Refund information
- Term fees are non-refundable. The enrolment terms state that term fees are non-refundable and may be changed prior to a term; the school may terminate studentship for sustained non-payment as described in the terms.
- The refundable deposit is returned following completion of the school clearance process and after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges; the enrolment terms state a specified refund processing period for the refundable deposit. For certain Leaf/Pre-primary enrolments the enrolment terms state stricter no-refund language for fees paid.

Fee payment options and practical details
- Payment methods used across Lyceum entities and assessment services include bank deposits / online bank transfers and card-based online payments (credit/debit), and electronic payment gateways; some Lyceum assessment and exam payment guides show card, QR and bank-transfer options and note that convenience/processing fees may apply to online card payments. Parents may also be offered instalment or card conversion plans in partnership with banks for eligible cards.
- For exact accepted payment channels, transaction instructions, instalment offers and any applicable processing fees for a given branch, parents must obtain the branch-specific payment instructions and bank details from the branch Accounts Receivable.

Summary guidance (fees-only, factual)
- Admission requires payment of an Admission Fee and a Refundable Deposit at enrolment. Term tuition is invoiced per term (term fees are non-refundable). Specific numeric term or annual fee amounts are set by branch and grade and are provided through the branch Accounts Receivable or in the admissions paperwork rather than in a central public fee table. School transport, uniforms, textbooks, exam entry fees and optional programmes are additional to term fees. Lyceum Gampaha does not operate boarding, so no boarding fees are charged at that branch. Refundable deposits are refunded after clearance; term fees are non-refundable. Payment is commonly processed by bank transfer or online card payment channels; branch Accounts Receivable provides the exact payment instructions and billing schedule.
