Fees
Application / Registration fees (one‑time and at admission)
- An application / registration fee is required at the time of application/registration. Specific amounts for the application or registration fee are not published in the school's publicly available admission materials.

Tuition fees (per term and per school year by year group)
- Tuition is charged on a per‑term basis. The school's contract documents and admission materials refer to term fees and an applicable Fees List, but the school does not publish a public fee schedule with specific LKR amounts by grade, term or academic year on its public pages; therefore exact per‑term and per‑year amounts by year group are not available in the school's public materials.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees for each Term are due and payable as cleared funds before or within fourteen (14) days of the commencement of the school Term to which they relate.
- If fees remain overdue the school may exclude the pupil after three days' written notice; exclusion for 28 days may be treated as withdrawal and will trigger a charge of one (01) month's fees in lieu of notice. The school may withhold records or examination registration while fees remain overdue.

Deposits, exam and other admission charges
- At registration parents are required to pay additional sums commonly described in the admission form: registration fee, term test fee, refundable deposit and non‑refundable deposit. Precise amounts for these deposits and charges are not published in the publicly available admission form.

Boarding / hostel fees
- No boarding or hostel provision or boarding fee schedule is published in the school's public information. The school's publicly available materials do not list boarding as an offered service; therefore no boarding fees apply or are published for this campus.

Other likely costs (uniforms, books, transport, exams and extras)
- School materials and the admission checklist indicate additional categories of cost that parents should expect to budget for, including uniform, books and stationery, transport (if using school transport), examination and test fees, and other one‑off or termly charges. Specific prices for uniforms, books, transport or exam entry are not published in the school's public materials.

Refund information and reductions
- Fees will not be refunded, reduced or waived in a number of common circumstances, for example where a pupil is absent through illness, where a term is shortened or a vacation extended, where a pupil is released home before or after public examinations or otherwise before the normal end of a term, or where the school is temporarily closed for reasons beyond its control (including adverse weather or infectious illness). These refund/waiver rules form part of the school's Terms & Conditions.

Fee increases and notice
- Fees are reviewed annually and are subject to increase; where possible the school will provide at least one term's prior written notice of an increase.

Accepted payment channels and payment plans
- The school accepts online payments through the MyFees.lk payment portal, which supports a broad range of payment methods including credit cards and bank‑linked installment options. Multiple bank card installment plans and related handling fees or promotional 0% options are available through the payment portal depending on the card issuer and the promotion period. Exact merchant/payment details are handled via the MyFees.lk portal.

Practical summary for parents
- Expect to pay: an application/registration fee, a refundable and/or non‑refundable deposit at registration, and tuition charged per term. Additional routine costs include uniform, books, transport and examination fees. Fees are due as cleared funds before or within 14 days of term start; late/non‑payment carries the risk of exclusion and additional charges as set out above. Exact per‑grade/per‑term tuition amounts and numerical values for registration/deposit/other fees are not published in the school's public admission or terms documents.
