Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school's academic-year tuition is structured around a 10-month fee period (August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April and May). Tuition is shown both as a per-term amount and as a monthly amount spread over those 10 months.
- Termination/notice: Termination of a school place for the next academic year must be completed by returning the school's withdrawal form by the end of February. When a legal guardian submits a notice of termination, the termination takes effect on the last day of the third month after the notice is received. Guardians remain liable for fees during the notice period; they are jointly and severally liable for paying the school during the notice period and for the total gross fee during the academic year.

Boarding fees
- Not applicable. Bladins International School of Malmö operates as a day school for students (ages indicated 6–16) and does not provide boarding facilities; therefore no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and fees
- After-school care (Fritids): Fees for after‑school care are charged according to household income rules (maxtaxa) where applicable; after‑school care fees are payable over 12 months and the fritids programme has its own terms (including a two‑month withdrawal period for fritids). For administrative purposes, a paper invoice may incur an additional charge (SEK 25 per paper invoice).
- School restaurant / lunch: The school provides lunch through Europaporten's school lunch restaurant and accommodates special diets where required; a specific lunch price is not stated in the fee listing.
- Uniforms and other student equipment: No mandatory uniform fee is listed. Other incidental costs (for example field trips, special subject fees, or external examination fees) are not itemised in the published fee summary.

Refund information
- The enrolment fee (SEK 20,000) is non-refundable. When a guardian gives notice of termination, the termination becomes effective at the end of the third month after receipt of notice and guardians remain financially liable for fees during that notice period; guardians are also liable for the total gross fee for the academic year and for compensation related to non-payment of any municipal subsidy during non-term time. These provisions govern refunds and liabilities on withdrawal.

Fee payment options and administrative details
- Electronic invoicing is recommended; paper invoices may carry an additional charge (SEK 25 per invoice). The school uses a bankgiro for payments (Bg nr. 260-8511 is shown on school administrative forms) and the finance office can be contacted via the school finance email addresses listed by the school for payment queries. Specific card-payment options are not listed in the published fee documents.
