- Application fee: SEK 2,000 (one-time, non-refundable). Payment is made to the school's Bankgiro for the international school application process.

Tuition fees by year group (annual and per term)

- IPC / Primary (Grades 1–5): Annual tuition SEK 32,500. Per term (school year divided into two semesters) SEK 16,250. A non-refundable enrollment amount of SEK 5,000 is included within this tuition.

- IMYC / Middle School (Grades 6–9): Annual tuition SEK 37,500. Per term (school year divided into two semesters) SEK 18,750. A non-refundable enrollment amount of SEK 5,000 is included within this tuition.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition invoices are issued in February. To secure a place for the following August intake, the tuition payment must be paid by March 31. Sibling families may use a two-part payment plan: Part 1 (50%) due March 31 and Part 2 (50%) due May 31. Non-payment by the expected dates terminates the enrollment agreement.

- Learners who start in the second term of the school year are charged 70% of the Annual Tuition Fee.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. Futuraskolan International is a Grade 1–9 day school (no boarding programme).

Other costs and fees

- Enrollment fee: A non-refundable enrollment component of SEK 5,000 is included within the published tuition amounts (this amount is retained if cancellation conditions apply as stated under refunds).

- Before- and after-school care (Fritids): Fritids is available and carries a separate fee that varies according to the learner's residence status and municipal rules; families are billed according to municipal regulations or by the school's economy department when resident in Stockholm Stad.

- Municipal subsidy (skolpeng): Municipal subsidies for children of compulsory school age (Grades 1–9) apply for residents registered with the Swedish Tax Agency. If the subsidy is not granted, the guardian will be billed for that subsidised amount in addition to the school's tuition.

Refund information

- The admissions/tuition refund policy is as follows:
- The SEK 5,000 enrollment component included in tuition is non-refundable.
- 100% refund of tuition paid (minus the enrollment fee) if the learner withdraws before the first day of the school year and does not commence the first term.
- 50% refund of tuition paid (minus the enrollment fee) if the learner withdraws from the first day of school up to October 31.
- 25% refund of tuition paid (minus the enrollment fee) if the learner withdraws from November 1 to March 31.
- No refunds are issued for withdrawals after March 31.

- Learners starting in the second term are charged 70% of the annual tuition (see Billing schedule).

Fee payment options and invoicing

- Accepted payment methods and invoicing channels:
- Bank transfer (Bankgiro) payments are used for application and tuition payments; the school's banking details (Bankgiro, Handelsbanken, IBAN) are provided on application and billing documents for payment processing.
- Invoicing: electronic invoice submission is supported; the Futuraskolan finance department accepts emailed invoices and uses an electronic invoicing provider (Scancloud) for vendor/billing processes. Families resident in Stockholm Stad may be invoiced directly by the school's economy department. Contact details for finance and invoicing are available from the school's billing information.

- Credit card payment is not listed as a standard tuition payment option in the school's fee and billing information; bank/Bankgiro/IBAN transfers and formal invoices are the documented methods for payments.

Futuraskolan International School of Stockholm is a private international school for ages 5 to 15, offering IPC in Grades 1–5 and IMYC in Grades 6–9, with an American curriculum framework and Common Core standards for Math and Literacy. English is the language of instruction; modern language courses are taught separately, and dedicated spaces support EAL and Swedish language learning.
