Open‑fritids or activities for older year groups (Years 4–6 and up) may have separate arrangements or fees determined by the organiser.
- School meals and specific activity fees: any charges for school meals, optional clubs, or special activities are handled according to municipal and school rules and may incur separate fees billed by the municipality or activity organiser. (No tuition charge applies.)
Refund information
- Tuition refund: Not applicable (no tuition charged).
- After‑school care (fritids) refunds/cancellations: The municipality's rules require one month's notice when cancelling a fritids place; fees are charged during the notice period and partial months are handled pro rata. Refunds or adjustments (for overpayment or billing corrections) are processed under the municipality's invoicing and customer service procedures.
Fee payment options
- Municipal and school‑related fees (for example fritids or other billed services) can be paid using the payment methods supported by Nacka municipality: e‑invoice (e‑faktura), autogiro (direct debit), bank/plusgiro or bank transfer as shown on the invoice; electronic distribution of invoices to internet banks is supported. Guardians should follow the invoice's payment instructions and reference the invoice OCR or payment reference when paying.
