1. Submit an application to join the waiting list through Admentum. The queue is automated and your child's details are entered directly into the school's database. After submitting, families are contacted promptly when a space becomes available. A waiting list fee of 200 SEK is required to maintain your position. 2. The curriculum is delivered exclusively in English, with daily Swedish language lessons provided each week to enhance students' proficiency in Swedish. 3. The Tanto International School uses its own queue system and a sibling-priority policy, with no entrance exams required for admission. After submitting an application, families will be contacted promptly when a spot opens for their child. 4. Priority for enrolment is granted in accordance with Skolverket regulations to children who require an international education. This includes children who may reside in Sweden temporarily, those who have previously attended school abroad and wish to continue their education here, those who may leave Sweden for an extended period, and those who communicate in English with one or both guardians. 5. Placement is based on the age the child is turning in August. For example, a child who turns 9 in the calendar year joins Class 4; Class 1 corresponds to Stage 1/2 Cambridge, Class 2 to Stage 2/3, Class 3 to Stage 3/4, Class 4 to Stage 4/5, Class 5 to Stage 5/6, Class 6 to Stage 6/7, Class 7 to Stage 7/8, Class 8 to Stage 8/9, Class 9 to First Year IGCSE Cambridge, and Class 10 to Second Year IGCSE Cambridge. 6. Fees: The English Nursery is Maxtaxa through the Kommun. The Tanto International School charges an annual fee of SEK 44,600 or SEK 46,600, and After School Care (Fritids) is Maxtaxa through the Kommun.

The Tanto International School is a private school for ages 1 to 15, affiliated with Engelska Skolor och För Skolor i Sverige (ESF) and Atvexa. It follows the English National Curriculum with Cambridge resources and a Cambridge pathway to IGCSEs, taught in English. Class sizes are small and teachers maintain a relational approach, providing personalised support so every child can succeed. Core learning focuses on English, Mathematics and Science, with History and Geography embedded in English units to connect literacy with Social Studies.
